Do your clothes fit over cloth nappies?
A resounding yes! The harem trousers (and shorts) are especially good over cloth bums, but all our clothes fit over all kinds of nappies, both disposable and cloth. If you use especially big cloth nappies, we can add a little room around the bottom, but it isn't usually necessary - feel free to message for a chat about fit.
What are your turnaround times?
Most of our items are ready to ship and will be dispatched within a few days of ordering - we aim for two trips to the post office each week so you shouldn't ever be waiting long. This may change at peak times and around school holidays as we are a small family business. Any change to turnaround times will be detailed on the homepage and will be clear at the time of ordering. If you need an item urgently, please email firstname.lastname@example.org before ordering and we will help if we can.
What are your shipping costs?
All items are sent via Royal Mail First Class service in the UK which costs £2 for one item and £3.60 for multiple items. Items should arrive a couple of days after dispatch, but can take as long as 10 days - this is rare but out of our control. Please get in touch if an item has not arrived after 10 working days. Shipping is free with a £50+ spend.
We currently do not offer shipping outside of the UK due to the ongoing issues with post, taxes, duties etc. We hope to resolve this, but in the meantime, many customers receive their items via UK based family and friends.
How do I take care of my items?
All items should be washed inside out, at a max temp of 30 degrees, and please do not tumble dry as this damages the fabric and can fade the colours. Every item has a care label stitched in with the details there for you. It's good practice to wash with similar items - so no denim, towels or zips which could damage or wear the fabric.
How do I pay?
We accept all major cards, Paypal and Apple Pay.
If you have allergies and are concerned about potential allergens, please feel free to contact me at email@example.com to discuss this. Some Biddy & Bear items are made in a cat friendly home (albeit in a cat free room!), and a minority of fabrics are prewashed in a small amount of non bio (usually Persil) to ensure they do not shrink in your washing machine.
If this is a concern for you, but would like to purchase something, please send me a message and I can see what we can do to minimise or eliminate any risk.
Can we collaborate or stock your items in our retail outlet?
We love making new friends and sharing the Biddy and Bear love! Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to have a chat.
